The first call for abstract submissions is free for everyone.

Please note that the Late-Breaking and Randomised Controlled Trial abstract submissions are not free:

Late-Breaking Abstracts: €75 submission fee applies for each LBA submission (non-refundable and non-transferable). For people based in Switzerland, an additional 8% VAT will apply.
Randomised Controlled Trial abstracts: €150 submission fee applies for each LBA submission (non-refundable and non-transferable). For people based in Switzerland, an additional 8% VAT will apply.
